My opinion on this topic has lots of stages.
There are a lot of things you can do to train and make your dog a show dog. You have genetics that gives you a nice show dog temperament but you can also learn them to become a great show dog.

You have to start by day one, with your every day check up hold the puppy in your hands and check if everything is healthy and growing well. You do this not ones but lots of times so the puppy is used to be picked up. This is very important in our breed because our breed has a character to tent to be shy and scared towards other people, if you do not work on this.

When they get older and sturdier in body you can shape them in your hands. Be aware that you still have to support the body because they are still fragile!! If you do not do this properly, you can end up harming your puppy.  
Little by little you can start stacking them on the table but still holding them in your hands because they are still weak in the legs and can not support there weight like a grown up can.
If you do this every day you end up with a dog that is used to be stacked.

Training your Show dog to bait is even harder because this is a very precisely training. First you need to feed our puppy constantly, share your food with them and if you are eating your sandwich give you puppy a piece.
But you have to give your puppy food if he or she is standing nicely, not standing on there back paws because you will praise that. If your puppy knows how to stand you can start feeding less food and making them work harder.

Getting your puppy to walk on a lead is the easy part, do not expert to walk a marathon on there first time out.
Take some Chihuahua’s that already know how to walk on a lead with the puppy, so it will not be alone. Take also some food with you so you can give him or her some rewording when the puppy walks. This works 8 out of 10 times and the other times you have to work a little harder. Just walk up and down in front of your house, don’t mind the neighbors, they already think you are crazy!!

And this is the most important thing in training, you always and always gives positive rewarding, make sure that they LOVE training and LOVE showing for YOU!!!
